Empathic and Sensitive Class
Do you “pick-up” other people’s energy and emotions?

If so, you’re probably an empath!
This class can give you tools to put YOURSELF back in the drivers seat of your emotional life!
All people are Empathic to varying degrees. This means that you are sensitive to the energies around you. Some Empaths struggle to deal with those energies, feeling every emotion that the person around them is having (and hiding), feeling the energies left in a space after a confrontation or party, picking up energies from public spaces, historical sites, old homes, sacred places etc. This high sensitivity often makes “everyday” life difficult to deal with…as Empaths tend to lose the distinctions between their own energies, and those of others, eventually becoming overwhelmed energetically over time. Often, an Empath is so used to this way of Being that they don’t realize the issue. This type of overwhelmed doesn’t always create a “breakdown”. More often it will alter the way in which you live your life.
This class is designed to help ALL people, including Empaths, learn the “why’s” of their unique wiring as well as learning MANY comprehensive tools for being proactive with your energy field . We will also cover the reactive methods for addressing energetic issues including ways to clear your personal field and the energy of any space you encounter or live in.

Materials to bring
Packed lunch (or you can go get lunch at a nearby food establishment).
Sacred Smoke Bowl including sage & cedar OR purchase a starter pack at class.
(Starter Pack: Hand made & kiln fired, heat proof ceramic bowl, white sage, cedar chips & wooden matches) for $20. Cash or checks made out to Edward Beyer on class day)
A coat or jacket as we will be outside for a short time.
Any crystals you’d like to possibly use for the gridding section of the class (minimum of 5 – 7, preferable the same type but not necessary).
Pillow, Blanket, mat, whatever you need to be completely comfortable for the meditations (we will be on the floor).

** Registration cancellations are only accepted up to 7 days prior to the event date. Cancellations after that point will forfeit their seat and the seat will be donated to someone otherwise unable to attend. All registrations have a non-refundable deposit of $55.00.
**Workshops may be audio and/or video recorded for CD & DVD sales in the future. By attending a workshop you are giving your permission to be a part of this process. If for some reason you do not wish to be audio or video taped, please contact Julie before registering.

Location: We are SO EXCITED to be holding workshops at Grand Oaks Event & Business Center! This facility is brand new and has everything we could ever want in a workshop space! It is easy to get to, has large open spaces and great natural light, an option for any outdoor needs we might have, plus the staff is GREAT! I know that once you experience it yourself you’ll see why we love it so much! This facility is handicap accessible as well.
